2.2 Data Collected When You Purchase a Service
When you pay for a service through our website, we collect:

• Your payment card details — processed securely by Squarespace Payments. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or PIN. Payment data is handled entirely by Squarespace Payments and its underlying payment infrastructure.
• Details of the service purchased, amount paid, and transaction date
• Your business name and any relevant business details provided during onboarding
2.3 Data Collected Automatically
When you visit faro-pro.com, Squarespace's platform may automatically collect:
• Your IP address
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Referring URL (the page you came from)
• Device type and operating system
This data is collected by Squarespace as part of its hosting and analytics infrastructure. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any additional third-party analytics tools.
2.4 Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under UK GDPR (including health data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data, or criminal records). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our business. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

Payment processing. Card data is handled via Squarespace's payment infrastructure. Full card details are never transmitted to or stored by Faro Pro. See squarespace.com/payments-terms.
Google Sheets / Google Workspace
We may record client enquiry and project data in Google Sheets for operational management purposes. Google LLC operates under a Data Processing Agreement. See policies.google.com/privacy.
Microsoft 365 (GoDaddy)
Business email service. Email correspondence with you may be stored on Microsoft's servers. See microsoft.com/privacy.
We do not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party processors, including Squarespace and Google, are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), or an adequacy decision. 6. How Long We Keep Your Data
